Shipping policy
When will my order be shipped?
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.
How much will shipping cost?
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Delivery
- Local delivery is available for orders over $300 within a 15 mile radius.
- Deliveries are made from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Same-day Local Pickup
- You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 175 N 85th Parkway, Suite A, Fayetteville, GA, 30214. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 hour. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for pickup.
- Our in-store pickup hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday- Friday Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How Do I Check On The Status Of My Order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will respond within 24 hours with an update on the current status of your order.
